LPN Pediatric Home Care
About The Position
We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an LPN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family — instead of juggling a rotating patient list. You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring; routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring; medication administration as ordered; close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team; and a calm, nurturing presence during a busy after-school time of day.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained
- Current CPR certification
- Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
