About The Position

Our pediatric specialty clinic is looking for an LPN to join the team! This role will help coordinate care to ensure families and patients have the treatment, education and resources necessary to meet their needs within the Pediatric Endocrine department. Our Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic cares for patients with diabetes and other endocrine concerns. In addition, our staff along with our pediatric endocrinology providers, go to several outreach clinics throughout the region, allowing for increased access to the specialized care that is essential to their health and wellness. This is a great opportunity to work in a clinic setting with a variety of patients! We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends or holidays. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Currently holds an unencunbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities
