About The Position

BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for infant/pediatric/adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team for overnight shifts. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA offers an excellent onboarding and training experience, with clinical managers and office staff available for support. This role involves traditional shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one-to-one client care, building client relationships, and no weekend requirements. Client age ranges from infant to adult. The role includes traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, documenting observations, and performing skills with autonomy.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
