Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- No pediatric or private duty experience? No problem! We provide full training and New Graduate Programs for RNs & LPNs!
- New to Home Health or Pediatric Nursing? No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you confidently transition into pediatric and private duty nursing.

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care according to each patient's care plan
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Provide care that improves quality of life every day
