We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)! This is a Full-Time Opportunity, Monday-Friday, with Rotating Weekends and Holidays. As an LPN/RN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
• Commitment to confidentiality
• Belief in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring residents in Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Designing and implementing care plans for each resident.
• Overseeing the care staff and assisting them in making educated care decisions.
• Supporting the care team on the floors.
• Maintaining patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
• Modeling Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) and encouraging others to be allies, friends and givers.
