About The Position
A consistent one-day-a-week opportunity with meaningful resident relationships. If you’re an Indiana-licensed LPN or RN looking for a predictable schedule while continuing to provide hands-on nursing care, Southfield Village may be a great fit. This position offers a Wednesday day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM in a senior living setting where getting to know the residents is an important part of the work.
Requirements
- An active Indiana LPN or RN license
- A compassionate, dependable approach to resident care
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric or memory care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents
- Carrying out individualized care plans
- Communicating changes and care needs with the team
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Working alongside other caregivers to support each resident’s overall well-being
