About The Position
Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a Full-time Overnight LPN or RN for its Center Township, PA location. The role involves providing direct patient nursing care, including administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and is located in an extended care facility that treats individuals with substance use disorders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state licensure as a registered or practical nurse.
- CPR Certification
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
- Pass Drug Screen
- 2-Step TB Test
Nice To Haves
- Two years’ experience in nursing field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
