LPN or RN Pediatric Private Duty Nurse
About The Position
SabalCare is building a care team for a medically fragile child who lives near the Disney area. This is a one-on-one pediatric private duty case where you'll help a family rest easy knowing their little one is in skilled, loving hands overnight. We're hiring multiple nurses to cover all 7 nights, so pick the schedule that fits your life, whether that's a few nights a week or full-time. This role involves one-on-one pediatric care in a calm home setting with 12-hour night shifts, 7 PM – 7 AM. The care needs include g-tube management and seizure monitoring. You will have a consistent assignment with the same child and family.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience (we'll train the right nurse!)
- Prior night-shift or private duty experience
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled overnight pediatric nursing care and monitoring
- Manage medical equipment and respond to changes in condition
- Follow the plan of care and document accurately
- Collaborate with our RN Supervisors and clinical team
