About The Position

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) in Pediatrics. The LPN will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The Medical Assistant will assist nursing staff and providers to deliver high-quality patient care in a positive environment. Both roles aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families, embodying the company's belief in 'doing good' to deliver exceptional care and improve the human condition.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (for LPN).
  • If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (for LPN).
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges (for LPN).
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
