About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-focused LPN/Medication Technician to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on Full-Time Day Shift. This position plays a vital role in promoting resident health, safety, comfort, and quality of life while providing exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Requirements

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
Current Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification (if applicable).

Nice To Haves

Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
Previous experience administering medications in a senior living setting preferred.
Experience working with residents living with dementia is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of medication administration, treatments, and resident care.
Assist with resident assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination.
Provide support and guidance to caregivers regarding resident care needs.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident incidents.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members.
