About The Position
Responsible for assisting with professional nursing care for SIH patients in an urgent care clinic setting. This is a per diem/PRN position with a variable shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of LPN or Certified Medical Assistant Program
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant
- BLS required
- No Experience Necessary
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan patient care needs
- Assist physician or mid-level provider in office setting
- Set up, stock and clean patient rooms as needed
- Provides patient/family instructions
- Assists in the orientation of new employees and students
