About The Position
Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking an on-call LPN to provide compassionate, skilled hospice care to patients and families, particularly during weekends. This role involves working alongside RN Case Managers and the on-call team to offer support when visits are most needed. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, comfortable working independently, and understands that hospice care encompasses listening, reassuring, educating, and supporting patients and families during critical times.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the State of Georgia
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, skilled hospice care during on-call shifts, primarily weekends.
- Work alongside RN Case Managers and the on-call team.
- Offer support, reassurance, education, and symptom management to patients and families.
