About The Position
GenCare Lifestyle @ Eagle Ridge in Renton is a Premier Senior Independent and Assisted Living Community. We have an immediate opening for an ON-CALL LPN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in our senior's quality of life and to help by joining a busy Senior Living Community. The Wellness Nurse assists those responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE
- Experience in Assisted Living
- MUST HAVE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY AND BE AVAILABLE FOR ON-CALL SHIFTS
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Senior Living
- Understanding of Washington regulations
- Resident/patient assessment experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the staff of caregiver's and med aides.
