About The Position
Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an LPN - Nursing Supervisor for their 80-bed assisted living and 18-bed memory care community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care. This role manages the day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure resident needs are met, ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that quality care is provided as needs change. The supervisor works closely with the Director of Nursing and will be on an "on call" rotation every 5 weeks.
Requirements
- LPN
- Previous experience working in the Assisted Living or Memory Care field.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
- Ensures resident’s healthcare needs are met.
- Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity.
- Ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
- Works closely with the Director of Nursing.
- Participates in an "on call" rotation every 5 weeks.
