About The Position
Best Home Health Care LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a client in Zephyrhills, Florida. The pay rate is negotiable. Available shifts include 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and 12-hour overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Both day and overnight positions are available.
Requirements
- Valid Florida LPN license
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate and professional
- Comfortable providing one-on-one care in the client's home
- Able to work a 12-hour day or overnight shift
Nice To Haves
- G-Tube experience preferred
Responsibilities
- G-Tube management and monitoring
- Medication administration as ordered
- Monitoring the client's condition and safety
- Basic LPN nursing care
- Following the client's Plan of Care
- Completing required nursing documentation
- Communicating any changes or concerns to the family and nursing supervisor
