About The Position
The LPN Nurse will supervise MHT’s, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition. This role involves following hospital policy for medication administration, transcribing and administering physician orders accurately, and delivering quality nursing care. The nurse will ensure treatment plan goals are executed and document patient progress. Responsibilities include interacting with patients and groups to enhance communication and uphold patient rights, monitoring detox protocols, and communicating patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team. The role also involves orientating patients/families to the program and preserving confidentiality.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or relevant state licensure
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
