About The Position

Merakey is seeking a part-time LPN Nurse to join their team at the Season’s residential LTSR program, located in Chestnut Hill, PA. This role is part-time, working every other Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The nurse will be responsible for assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions, medication administration record reviews, completing nursing notes, administering and documenting medications, and engaging in team-oriented processes.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions for residential Program.
• Complete medication administration record (MAR) reviews.
• Completes nursing notes for each resident.
• Administer/document medication and therapeutic treatments as prescribers' orders when on shift.
• Engage in staff team-oriented processes and compliance with respective job functions as a needed.
• Performs additional duties as deemed appropriate.
