Trinity Place is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated and compassionate team! As an LPN at Trinity Place, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college.
- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of experience as an RN.
Responsibilities
- Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
- Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
- Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
- Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
