About The Position

CommQuest seeks full-time and part-time LPN Staff Nurses for our 12-bed Detox services located in Massillon, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by our Medical Director to assist clients through withdrawal management. In this role, you will impact your client's quality of life, build valuable relationships, grow professionally, and work on a team providing exceptional care. CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus
Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
Document nursing care via EHR
Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor
Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care
All other duties as assigned
