About The Position

Our Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia (19122) is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as the Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Our programs range from one-on-one counseling and support groups to intensive treatment for those with more complex needs. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment. They will also provide supervision to assigned staff including but not limited to: FT and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA
• Minimum of three (3) years working as a nurse
• Experience in behavioral health setting required
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year working in a supervisor capacity required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of medication assisted treatment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy, certification preferred

Responsibilities
