The LPN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for directing care for patients, facilitating work flows, serving as a resource for staff, and providing team leadership in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. The LPN Nursing Supervisor maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures. This role is within a lower stress environment working in a medication dispensary, with no heavy lifting of patients or bedside care. The shifts are stable, with early morning hours and an early afternoon end time, offering a great work/life balance. The position is part of helping others in a recovery environment, and paid training is provided.
