LPN Nurse Supervisor
About The Position
Luxury Senior Living Communities is looking for an LPN Nurse Supervisor for its Brand New Palace at Weston, an Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care Community. The #1 priority of this position is to coordinate all aspects of resident care to promote their comfort, safety, physical and mental well-being and coordinate staff to provide high-quality care on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. This role acts as a liaison between residents, their families, staff, and the medical practitioners caring for the residents, while exercising excellent nursing professional judgment and outstanding customer service skills.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse required.
- At least 3-5 years prior Nursing experience in Long-Term Care or Acute Care.
- Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Basic math skills required.

- Polite, responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet and resourceful.
- Flexible as to work schedule.
- Flexibility is greatly appreciated at times of need or emergency.
- Must be available during emergency situations.
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communications & interpersonal skills.
- Have patience and the ability to speak clearly with the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of self-administered medications.
- Administer medications that require licensed personnel.
- Monitor changes in residents’ health condition.
- Supervise Nursing Assistants.
- Schedule appointments with physicians and coordinate transportation.
- Implement and supervise resident’s therapeutic diets.
