About The Position

BAYADA's Greenville Skilled Nursing Office is interested in newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who have a passion for care to join their team. BAYADA believes clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA is currently hiring new nurses to begin with their May and June 2026 cohorts. The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients, with Clinical Managers providing thorough support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering diverse experience. Requirements

Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

Travel to one client near you
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in your client's home
