LPN (TUES-SAT) Nurse Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN Charge Nurse to join our small assisted living community in Norman, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents while also developing leadership and clinical management skills. The LPN will provide hands-on resident care, assist with staffing schedules, and participate in shared on-call responsibilities. As the community grows, this position offers opportunities to learn leadership skills, take on additional clinical and administrative responsibilities, and gain experience with Brookdale’s clinical systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for new or early-career nurses looking to grow, build leadership experience, and advance their clinical career in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Prior floor nurse experience in assisted living or skilled nursing (SNF) is a plus.
