LPN-Nursing Supervisor-Assisted Living
About The Position
Brookdale Southside is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. We are a 317-unit assisted living/memory care and independent community dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence. The LPN Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met as they change over time. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and plays a key role in maintaining quality care, staff education, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Experienced and compassionate LPN Nurse Manager
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory role within assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and resident population.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Brookdale's systems and protocols.
- Additional certifications in gerontology or nursing management.
Responsibilities
