About The Position

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Manager to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This assisted living position offers a competitive salary up to $75,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Basic Life Certification
Team-oriented work ethic

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in mental health or long-term care environments.
Self-motivated leader with a positive attitude and a passion for resident-centered care

Responsibilities

Supervising care staff to ensure the timely and proper completion of duties.
Administering medications and medical treatments under physician orders.
Assessing residents' conditions and documenting changes, interventions, and outcomes.
Coordinating and overseeing activities of daily living while addressing family/social concerns.
Advocating for superior resident care and promoting service excellence.
