Brookdale Leawood State Line is seeking a dedicated LPN Health and Wellness Coordinator at their freestanding Memory Care Community. Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Experience in a memory care setting is implied.
Willingness to work in an environment that encourages career growth.
Ability to contribute to a home-like feel and resident comfort.
Commitment to providing gracious hospitality and neighborliness.
Ability to help residents find connections in groups and one-on-one settings.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
