About The Position
We are immediately hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN and offering a $5,000 Sign on Bonus and providing care to patients in Central District to North King County. Territory: Float King County Responsibilities of the position: · Visits patient and provides nursing care according to plan of care. · Implementing the care plan as written · Evaluating effectiveness of care plan · Record a patient’s medical history accurately · Provide emotional and psychological support when needed · Completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes to the agency daily. QualificationsKnowledge and Skills: Knowledge of infection control policies and procedures, i.e., Standard Precautions, Isolation Precautions, personal protective equipment, hand hygiene. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, supervised by a nurse Knowledge of the delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. Requirements
