About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a temporary, facility-based assignment in Montville, NJ. We are looking for dependable nurses with hands-on medication pass experience in a facility setting. If you are confident administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing quality patient care, we encourage you to apply! This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $55 per hour.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an LPN in an acute care or home care setting.
• Previous facility-based medication pass experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current physical examination.
• PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or chest X-ray documentation, as applicable.
• Proof of a recent drug test.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and accurately document each medication pass.
• Maintain complete and accurate medication administration records.
• Follow facility protocols and applicable nursing standards.
• Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care.
