About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire LPNs and Medical Assistants to join their Dermatology team. This role involves providing practical nursing care to patients in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards, and PNHS policy. The position requires promoting a safe, therapeutic environment and advocating for patients' best interests. The role supports multiple areas within a clinic setting, requiring strong interpersonal skills and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and rights. The Dermatology group is the largest in Minnesota with six convenient locations and employs over 40 providers, including Mohs Surgeons and Dermatopathologists. They offer their own Residency Program and are expanding, aiming to hire more providers annually. The successful candidate will join a team of over 80 medical support staff and over 20 frontline and call center staff. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing (for LPNs).
  • Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing (for LPNs).
  • Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)” (for MAs).
  • Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained.
  • On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
