About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire LPNs and Medical Assistants to join their Dermatology team. This role involves providing practical nursing care to patients in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards, and PNHS policy. The position focuses on promoting a safe, therapeutic environment and advocating for patients' best interests. The role requires supporting multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility, while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. The department is the largest in Minnesota with six convenient locations and employs over 40 providers. Park Nicollet is expanding and aims to hire more providers each year, with this role joining a team of over 80 medical support staff and over 20 frontline and call center staff. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing (for LPN).
Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing (for LPN).
Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) (for MA).
Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
