About The Position
TRIA is looking to hire an ATC, EMT, LPN, or MA to join our orthopedic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, aids providers in accordance with PNHS standard and policies. This role does involve casting.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing.
- Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current MN EMT License.
- Athletic Trainer (ATC): Bachelor’s degree required. Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required. Current license with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice required. NATA member in good standing. Must have a valid NPI number.
- Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of nursing experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
- One or more years of experience desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
- Master’s degree preferred.
