About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers care and services to residents by identifying their needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes and conditions. The position provides personal care as needed and communicates and collaborates with other care team members to resolve resident care problems, enhance care delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Vi at Highlands Ranch is located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. The anticipated application window closes within 30 days of the posting date. The pay range is USD $30.00–$35.16 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification where required.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is preferred.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
