About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for an LPN/LVN requiring an active Minnesota LPN or RN license. Both LPN and RN candidates will be considered. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The position requires experience with medication administration, resident assessments, documentation, and care planning. Strong clinical judgment is essential for recognizing and reporting changes in resident condition. Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations is preferred. The start date is August 17, 2026, or sooner.
