About The Position
Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a long-term care (LTC) position in Greenwood, Indiana. The position is a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed clinical, vaccination, screening, and employment documentation and be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
