About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN/LVN to join our hospital team. Requirements

• Active Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of LTC, Transitional Care, or Skilled Nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• IV therapy experience is REQUIRED.

Nice To Haves

• Ventilator experience.
• Experience with Sunrise EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in a hospital environment.
• Administer IV therapy.
• Manage a fast-paced patient load.
• Work night shifts, weekends, and float between assigned units as needed.
• Utilize professional communication and strong documentation skills.
