About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of recent LPN/LVN experience, an active New York LPN license, and current BLS certification. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is essential. The ideal candidate will be willing to float between units as needed, as there are no exceptions to this requirement. Experience caring for patients with dementia is preferred. The patient ratio is approximately 1:40, ideally 1:20. Common diagnoses include dementia. The role demands the ability to provide compassionate and safe care in a long-term care setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN/LVN experience required
• Active New York LPN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Must be willing to float — no exceptions

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for patients with dementia preferred
