About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN /LVN for our client in Seward, AK 99664. This is a 13 Weeks contract assignment. First Time Travelers are Accepted.
Requirements
- 1+ Year Experience Required
- BLS Certification
- LPN License
Responsibilities
- Administered medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitored vital signs and residents' health conditions.
- Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures.
- Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care.
- Documented assessments, care, and medication administration.
- Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider.
- Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Collaborated with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
