About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a travel assignment in a clinical healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty required
- Active Georgia LPN License or Compact LPN License required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Support infection control and patient safety standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards
- Assist with daily clinical operations and patient flow as needed
