About The Position
13-week Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in West Virginia, working 3x12-hour night shifts. The LPN will provide direct resident care during overnight hours, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in resident condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with medication administration, wound care, and resident assessments
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize resident needs and respond effectively to emergencies
