About The Position
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in an Acute Rehab unit, transitioning to Madonna Specialty Hospital. The role involves specific patient ratios and weekend requirements. Orientation will take place at either the Lincoln or Omaha campuses and will last 2.5-3 days.
Requirements
- Valid LPN/LVN license.
- IV experience REQUIRED.
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
- Willingness to work 2 weekends every 6 weeks.
- No blocked scheduling.
Nice To Haves
- Vent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an Acute Rehab unit and Madonna Specialty Hospital.
- Manage patient care with ratios of 1:5-7 in AR and 1:4 in MRSH.
- Adhere to weekend requirements of 2 weekends every 6 weeks.
- Utilize Sunrise charting system.
