About The Position
This position requires an LPN/LVN with a Vermont LPN License and BLS (AHA) certification. CPI certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an LPN is required, with recent experience within the last 3 months. Psych/Behavioral Health experience and specific age groups must be listed on the resume. The candidate must be willing to float to other units and take charge LPN shifts. First-time travelers will be considered.
