About The Position

This position requires an active Nebraska LPN license or applicable Compact license. A minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience is required, with recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience being essential. Experience with TCU, ECN, Acute Rehab (AR), and/or VAU populations is preferred. IV therapy experience is REQUIRED, and ventilator experience is preferred but not required. Sunrise charting experience is also preferred. The nurse must be comfortable managing unit-specific patient ratios, which range from approximately 1:5–7 in AR/VAU, 1:7–10 in TCU, and up to 1:24 in ECN. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with a required start date of September 2, 2026. Orientation may occur at either the Lincoln or Omaha campus.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LPN license or applicable Compact license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience.
• Recent LTC experience.
• IV therapy experience REQUIRED.
• Must be available for 3x12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM).
• Must work 2 weekends every 6 weeks.
• Must adhere to facility attendance policy; 3 or more call-outs during the contract may result in termination.
• Must maintain clean and professional scrub attire.
• Must be available for a September 2, 2026 start and 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities
