LPN/LVN - Acute Care

About The Position
Our client is seeking LPN/LVN staff for acute care positions in Omaha, Nebraska. The schedule is three 12-hour night shifts. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also complete pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current resume.
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
