About The Position
This is a contract/travel position for a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care in Hart, MI. The role involves providing direct nursing care, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, observing and documenting resident conditions, and collaborating with the care team. The position requires an active LPN license in Hart, BLS certification, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A minimum of 1 year of LTC or similar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and basic treatments according to care plans
- Assist with daily living activities and resident hygiene
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with the care team to support resident-centered care
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
