About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Private Duty Nursing opportunities in Missouri. This role offers the chance to provide one-on-one, personalized care to pediatric patients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships with children and their families. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice supports nurses through the licensure process, covering the cost of Missouri nursing licenses and providing guidance.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- We’ll help you obtain your Missouri nursing license by covering the cost and guiding you through the process
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated heart for serving others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patient’s home
- Administer and manage medications
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician
- Educate and support family members
- Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance and support
