About The Position
Private Duty Nursing with Phoenix is nursing the way many nurses imagined it would be — one patient at a time, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to truly make a difference. This role offers the chance to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home, administer and manage medications, monitor and document patient conditions, perform treatments as ordered by the physician, and educate and support family members. Nurses will collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team. Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
