LPN - Internal Medicine Southpointe Clinic
About The Position

This position is within the largest Internal Medicine Clinic, offering primary care for patients with chronic diseases, group wellness visits, home-based primary care, and some outreach care. We are seeking a reliable individual who is flexible, has a team approach to collaborate with the nursing team and providers, and is interested in learning new things. This position is Monday through Friday, working between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, based on the provider's schedule, as you would be paired to work 1 on 1 with a specific provider. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencunbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Nice To Haves
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
