Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing is required.
• Current state of Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse License required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in an inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care within LPN scope of practice under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
