LPN Infection Control Nurse Part-time
About The Position
LifeView Group is a nonprofit human services organization with a Mission to help people throughout life’s journey. With 2,500 team members impacting lives in multiple states and the District of Columbia, LifeView Group operates through two affiliates: Lakeview Center's behavioral health care and Global Connections to Employment's career services for people with disabilities. This role is part of a Hybrid Work Program where team members work part of their time from a company location and part from a non-company location. The primary duty is to manage the organization's Infection Control Process to ensure compliance with LifeView Group programs and county, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Florida.
- Certified in CPR.
- Three (3) years of experience in medical and/or behavior health field.
- Knowledgeable of epidemiology and infectious diseases including universal precautions applicable to OSHA standards.
- Able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
- Possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.
